Soul of Sonoma (SoS) was launched by a family of bi-coastal wine-lovers based near the Napa Valley and in Washington D.C. to create awareness around the array of premium black-owned wineries. Our mission is to bring our customers to the best wineries in the region and provide them with incomparable tasting experiences. SoS differentiates itself from the crowded field of wine tour services by offering coordinated access to premium African American wineries and tasting rooms for tastings, networking, and private events. SoS provides wine tasting and tour packages, and provides available scheduling and pricing in advance, so there are never any surprises—and we take the responsibility of planning each tour—so clients can simply relax and enjoy their day.

SoS experiences are ideal for book clubs, fraternities and sororities, wedding and anniversary parties, business retreats, family reunions, and other groups seeking culturally unique excursions like no other tour company can deliver. We make wine tasting fun! Clients are able to customize their music from themed playlists, add food pairings, and even visit African American monuments and points of interest. Through our transportation partnership and select event planners, SoS provides enormous flexibility when it comes to party size and event themes. We also work with a preferred list of local personal chefs to create spectacular catered pairing experiences.
